Meet The Team

FCP Wines was founded by Tom Ellis in 2007. From humble beginnings supplying the Oxford colleges with Champagne, the company has grown to a National wine supplier with Tom steadfast at the helm steering FCP toward the future.

Joining the FCP team in 2022, Rob brings his wealth of management and hospitality experience over the past 20 years and applies it to this new venture in the wine industry heading up the operations team at FCP.

With a plethora of wine knowledge and qualifications under his belt, Theo made the change from the Oxford University wine cellars to FCP back in 2017. Thereafter, he has been an integral part of the operation, applying his deep understanding of wine to the trade-wine industry.

With an impressive wealth of wine industry experience, Tina joined the FCP team during the acquisition of a Wickwar based wine company in 2022. Tina’s experience includes positions across the whole industry in addition to roles at 4 regional trade wine suppliers, putting her 30 years of experience to great use looking after all our customers in the South West.

Will leads the team, working closely with customers to understand what they need and make sure we deliver. He’s all about building great relationships and making wine buying simple and stress-free.

‘Chief Keith’ Conway is a hardened veteran of Her Majesty’s Prison Service, joining the team in 2022, Keith decided to hang up his whip and grab the keys to a new FCP whip, delivering wine to our fantastic customers across the country in our new fleet of vans.

James is a well-rounded individual with multifaceted experience to the FCP warehouse, ensuring all our customers’ orders are picked and packed to perfection, all day, every day! 

Tasha works on the office team at FCP Wines, assisting customers with ordering and account support.

Merian plays a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly. From preparing orders to managing stock, she helps make sure everything gets where it needs to be on time and in perfect condition.
