Delivery Made Simple
With a small minimum order amount of just £150, we offer free delivery as and when you need it, utilising our own fleet of vans. If you require any further details regarding deliveries, please contact your account manager.
Order Deadlines
In order for us to plan, pick, check and load all orders for the next day, please ensure orders are placed by 4.00PM for next-day delivery (Monday-Friday).
We have invested in a fantastic new online ordering platform, and using this will ensure your orders are sent right through to our warehouse team for picking. If you are not currently set up on our FCP trade portal, please contact your account manager for more details.
Quality Guarantee
We are committed to giving you complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return within 28 days of receipt, and we will promptly issue a refund for the value of the item, or replace the product (your choice) free of charge. It must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition when making a refund (this does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods).
Returns
If you intend to return any part of your order, please email us at sales@fcpwines.co.uk, then return the goods along with a letter explaining why you are returning the product, and enclose it with your shipment. Carefully secure and package the merchandise to prevent damage in transit (the package with the remaining product must be returned). If there are breakages in transit, please save the merchandise and the package it arrived in and notify us immediately.
