Introductory Meeting
We conduct an in-person consultation to understand your needs, review trends, and identify tailored opportunities, resulting in a personalised, commercially effective wine strategy.
Presentation & Tasting
We then arrange a follow-up visit to present a tailored wine selection, refine design and layout ideas, and apply proven concepts to create a high-performing, brand-aligned wine list to help you sell more wine.

Upon approval of our proposal, we then provide a quick online setup and flexible delivery schedule, followed by ongoing support, training, and tools to optimise their wine offering.

FCP Wines was founded by Tom Ellis in 2007. From humble beginnings supplying the Oxford colleges with Champagne, the company has grown to a National wine supplier with Tom steadfast at the helm steering FCP toward the future.

With a plethora of wine knowledge and qualifications under his belt, Theo made the change from the Oxford University wine cellars to FCP back in 2017. Thereafter, he has been an integral part of the operation, applying his deep understanding of wine to the trade-wine industry.

With an impressive wealth of wine industry experience, Tina joined the FCP team during the acquisition of a Wickwar based wine company in 2022. Oxford Wine Wholesale supplies exclusively to trade clients, including restaurants, bars, hotels, and independent retailers. We do not sell to private consumers, supermarkets, or large chain retailers.
