All listed prices are correct at the time of going to print. Prices are per 75cl bottle unless otherwise indicated; (H) half bottle, (M) magnum and (J) jeroboam. Prices are exclusive of VAT which shall be due at the rate ruling on the date of invoice. Vintages and case sizes are subject to change according to available stock. The account details above are correct (If not please state below). The first order will be paid by BACS prior to delivery. Payment of the price, and VAT, shall be due by direct debit 30 days from invoice date (Unless other payment terms are specified). A credit limit will automatically be applied to your acccount as specified by your account manager. These terms are available subject to completion of our account application form, acceptance of our terms and conditions, and successfully passing our account opening procedure. The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods on delivery. All goods must be examined at the time of delivery and any deficiencies recorded prior to signature and notified to the seller within 24 hours. All goods remain the property of First Class Products (Oxford) Ltd. until paid in full.
